Return & Replacement Policy

At GemsInvite, we take pride in offering authentic gemstones, Rudraksha, and jewelry. Each product is carefully selected, quality-checked, and packaged with utmost care. Since our items are delicate, sacred, and unique, we request you to kindly review the following policy before initiating any return, replacement, or refund request.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect product.

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product being opened in its original packaging. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your request.

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all certificates, invoices, and packaging intact.

  • Any tampering, usage, or removal of certification tags/seals will result in rejection of the return or exchange request.

  • Fragile or delicate items (such as idols, decorative pieces, or crystal trees) are not eligible for return due to high risk of damage in reverse transit.


2. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

The following items and situations are non-refundable and non-cancellable:

  • Personalized, energized, or custom-made products (e.g., energized Rudraksha, personalized gemstones, or pooja kits).

  • Opened or used products.

  • Orders canceled after dispatch or shipment.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or external factors.

  • Change of mind, dislike of product, or minor color/size variations caused by lighting or natural differences.

  • Please note that any payments made through Split Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-refundable under any circumstances. By opting for Split COD, you agree to this policy.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to arrange and ship the return parcel themselves to our return address provided by our support team.

  • GemsInvite does not provide pickups or prepaid return labels.

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method only.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days after successful inspection.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch by contacting our support team through email or WhatsApp.

  • Once an order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of an approved cancellation, the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway and handling charges (if any).


6. Exclusions

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Fragile items that are prone to breakage in reverse shipping.

  • Items without original packaging, certificates, or invoice.

  • Requests without mandatory unboxing video proof.

  • Cases involving customer negligence, mishandling, or intentional damage.

  • Requests made for personal preference changes such as color, size, or energy feel.
